PROGRAMME OVERVIEW

Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) have recently attracted the attention of many organizations. Consequently, organizations have established M&E departments and/or units dedicated to measuring success and reporting results. Unfortunately, M&E is easily said than done. Most M&E personnel lack the necessary skills for the entire process of designing, monitoring, and evaluating development programs/projects linked to robust theory of change and theory of action. This programme offers a comprehensive training on monitoring and evaluation of development programs and projects. The programme will comprehensively cover all technical skills and tools required to monitor and evaluate programs and projects effectively.

The programme is designed for M&E Directors, Program/Project Coordinators, Managers, M&E/MEL/MEAL Officers, Community Development Officers, Planning Officers, Researchers, and Academicians. Other parties interested in improving their program/project management skills are also welcome.
