To provide expertise and services in planning, budgeting, monitoring and evaluation.

This Unit will perform the following functions –

1. To coordinate formulation of and preparation of Annual Plan and Medium Term Strategic Plan;
2. To compile PO-PSM’s programmes and actions plans;
3. To develop strategies for resources mobilization;
4. To provide technical support for institutionalization of strategic Planning and Budgeting matters;
5. To participate in analysis of outsourcing of non-core functions (Private Sector Participation);
6. To oversee performance contracting;
7. To be a custodian and coordinator of Office statistics
