Research, Consultancy and Publication Unit
This Unit perform the following functions:-
- To coordinate research and publication functions of the Institute;
- To initiate and promote policies, plans and programmes that will advance consultancy, research and publication, and technology incubation functions of the Institute;
- To oversee the implementation of consultancy, research and technology incubation policies, plans and programmes of the Institute and ensures that they are consistent with the mission, vision and objectives of the Institute;
- To serve as the key link between the Institute, Government and International community and coordinates effective marketing of Institute’s capacity for research and publication and technology incubation activities;
- To coordinate marketing of major technological research findings through seminars, conferences, workshops, symposia and publications and commercialize them;
- To coordinate development of proposals for soliciting research and consultancy assignments; and
- To advice the DR (ARC) on all matters related to consultancy, research and publications as well as technology incubation.
The Unit is led by a Manager.
